Summary: “Wrong password” means the Admin Password you entered is different from the one currently set.

Fix options

1. Try unlocking using another method (if enrolled):

   • Fingerprint

   • Face recognition

   • RFID card

   • Palm recognition

2. For emergencies, use the Mechanical Key.

Important note

• We strongly advise keeping 1 mechanical key outside the home for emergency opening if digital access fails.

• Support/technician assistance typically requires the physical key for emergency access.
