Panel Not Waking Up (Battery / Emergency Power)

Summary: If the panel won’t turn on, the battery may be drained or dead.

What to do

  1. Charge the battery (or replace/restore battery power depending on your model setup).

  2. For immediate power, plug a power bank into the Emergency Power Supply socket (located above the keyhole).

  3. Touch the panel to wake it and try again.
